Fixtures and appliances:
The bathroom fixtures are all 24k gold plated on solid brass with lifetime finish. All sinks are under-mounted large Kohler "Caxton" (choice of the toniest designers, homes and hotels), and other fixtures are American Standard or Kohler. All plumbing is copper. The kitchen appliances are rated as top by consumers reports: 42" SubZero refrigerator, Monogram wall-ovens and dishwasher, Viking Professional range and both main and island under-mounted Elkay Professional stainless-steel sinks with ISE-SS garbage disposals. There is filtered boiling hot and and cold water on tap at the sink. The range hood is a custom Egyzia designed to fit the pyramid stacking of the cabinets. The laundry room has front- loading high efficiency Creda equipment.
